1. How does the interface work?
   When a sale is rung up on the Comcash end, or on the Nexternal site and the Nexternal exe is run, it will:
   1. Update product quantities on either end.
   2. When a sale is rung up on the Nexternal end, it will create an invoice in Comcash, that does not need to be tendered, and starts with the invoice number 199*.

2. Which version of Comcash supports Nexternal?
   Comcash version 8.2.3.1 or higher. You will also need the Nexternal xml folder and Nexternal exe. Comcash Tech Support can manually set it up for you.

3. How can I view my Web Store sales in Comcash?
   You can run the Invoice/Receipt Lookup in Management/Reports and filter for Register 99, or you can run any report in Comcash and filter for Register 99 (i.e. Product Sales, Customer Sales, etc.)

4. How do you set up the interface?
   1. Customer will need to provide account name and key, which will be placed in Comcash Manager-->management-->Nexternal interface.
   2. The products that are to apply to the interface need to have the ‘Web Accessible’ option checked in Comcash. The departments do not.
   3. To test, set the interval to 1 minute, which checks every minute to look for any potential sales...for live environment, I would go higher.
   4. When you do run the Nexternal exe, you will need to set a date for the exe, so it can look for invoices.
   That is all that is required for the set-up...This assumes that products on Nexternal site and products on Comcash end are both in sync, with the same product id’s(i.e PLU, SKU)...If they are not, we have the option of importing the products into Nexternal, or setting them up manually. Tech Support can help with importing and exporting products.

5. How can I test the interface?
   If you would like to test this;
   --Get the same exe's and files in place from above location.
